I’d like to see a commercial where he’s walking in the street, talking to no one in particular, then gets slammed by a soccer mom in an SUV, not paying attention.

Depends on the severity of the accident. Insurance companies raise your rates when you get in an accident, so you’d pay a rate higher than you should.
